Reservations for Entire House
Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations that occur more than one month prior to occupancy date, one half of the deposit (or one half 1st payment) will be refunded
- For cancellations that occur within four weeks of occupancy date, first payment (one half rental fee) is forfeited.
Policies:
- Martha's Vineyard Island Time is a NON-SMOKING property – NO smoking in or on the premises.
- 7-night minimum stay, exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
- Cleaning fee is $350
Payments:
- Payments: Cash, Venmo or Zelle.
- Deposit of one-half total rental fee due upon signing of contract; one half due prior to occupancy date
- Full payment for room reservations is due one month prior to arrival and is nonrefundable.
