- Cash or Venmo.
- Deposit of 1 night stay required at the time of reservation for a three-day stay.
- Deposit of 2 nights required at the time of reservation for a four-five night stay; three-night deposit for a one-week stay.
- Full payment for room reservations is due one month prior to arrival and is nonrefundable.
Payments
- Martha's Vineyard Island Time is a NON-SMOKING property – NO smoking in or on the premises.
- 2 night minimum stay. Housekeeping is included in the room fee. There is no room tax on stay.
Policies:
- For any cancellations that occur more than 1 month before your stay, there will be a 50% refund on your deposit.
- No refund if cancellation occurs within the week prior to your stay.
